This report by Chapter Four Uganda, an independent not-for profit non-partisan organization dedicated to the protection of civil liberties and promotion of human rights for all , examines the treatment and real-life experiences of sexual minorities who have gone through the criminal justice system charges of homosexuality. The research findings show that “sexual and gender minorities in Uganda have little to no chance at justice and fair treatment in the criminal justice system”.
It also documents evidence-based experiences for use in news reports, and civil society advocacy and lobbying.
